  1. Marsha Hargreaves says:

I’m a 56 year old vegan since January of this year. The health benefits are amazing! I went vegan out of compassion for the animals and the changes to my overall health and well being was a totally unexpected bonus! I weigh what I weighed in high school (size 4/size 7) after dropping 30 pounds, cholesterol down 100 points and LDL down more than 60. Off a BP pill, too! I work hard at being a healthy vegan and am continually researching best practice. I’m a R.N. x 20 years. My passion is sharing my experience with others and helping to increase awareness of the incredible health benefits, environmental benefits and of course, the cruelty free, compassionate aspect of not eating animals or animal products. Would LOVE to be interviewed!

  2. Sandee Lewis says:

I have been a vegan for 13 yrs and could never go back, I am 60 yrs, old this year as of July 2010.
