Kwanzaa Cranberry Cheese Dip (Vegan)
8 oz Tofutti cream cheese (soften)
¼ cup Tofutti sour cream
½ cup dried cranberries (sun dried preferably)
½ tsp chives
½ tsp dried thyme
Mix all ingredients well. Serve with bread or crackers
