This would be great for my seven-year-old daughter. We are just learning about importance of healthy diet and especially vegan diet. She loves eating vegetables! (Lucky me!) P.S. Love your website! Me and my husband are interested in vegan diet, and I think we will give it a shot. However, I am not sure about Annie (our daughter). She is just 7 years old, and I am not sure would a vegan diet be good for her? I am babbling too much now. :) I will browse around and see is there something about kids going vegan. Angela Cheers!
