Cholesterol only comes from animal products, which confirms the ingredients you posted above include eggs and/or cheese. Or possibly even a meat product which is undisclosed. I had looked it up a month or two ago and read that it was vegan, but was only cooked on shared equipment (which doesn't bother me). I ate several of them.
