Apple Cinnamon Bars
Brown Rice Pilaf
Cous Cous with Peas and Onions
Easy Red Beans and Rice
Herbed Vegetables
Lemon Spinach
Lentil Stew
Tofu salad
Several more would be easy to veganize.
