Updated "Guide to Food Ingredients" Now Available Online and in Print

VRG has updated its popular Guide to Food Ingredients! This publication helps you decipher ingredient labels by listing the uses, sources, and definitions of 200 common food ingredients. The guide also states whether the ingredient is vegan, typically vegan, vegetarian, typically vegetarian, typically non-vegetarian, or non-vegetarian. The information in this guide is now available online at ingredients. In addition, you can purchase a 32-page printed copy for only $6 at under the "Books" section.
