The Vegetarian Resource Group and The Avery Publishing Group have released the third edition of Vegetarian Journal's Guide to Natural Foods Restaurants in the U.S. and Canada. Featured are over 2,000 restaurants, juice bars, delicatessens, vacation spots, and more.

The Vegetarian Resource Group will be sponsoring a vegan dinner at Café Sunflower, in Atlanta on Monday October 18, 1999 at 6:30pm. The dinner is open to the public with advanced reservations and the cost is $22 per person (children are $13 per person), which includes tax and tip. The menu includes a selection of appetizers, spinach pasta in fresh lemon basil pesto, grilled portobello mushrooms, a vegan chocolate cake, and more.
