Enjoy such soups as Spicy Noodle, Vegetable Wheat Noodle, Wonton, Veggie Beef Rice Noodle, Veggie Chicken Rice Noodle, and Spinach Tofu. Everything is vegan and no MSG is used. Vegetarian. This earthy restaurant, which is 95% raw and mostly organic, offers an array of appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, snacks, and desserts. With the exception of honey, Café Gratitude is vegan. An interesting note is that every dish on the menu has a name that begins with "I Am." For example, the "I Am Bright-Eyed" is seasonal fruit with young coconut, apple, & pecan porridge, the "I Am Graceful" is quinoa with basil pesto, the "I Am Passionate" is a raw pizza made with buckwheat crust & nut cheese, and the "I Am Surrendering" is walnut, date, fig, & cacao fudge squares.

Eternal Abundance is not only a fantastic vegan restaurant but they also have a huge selection of freshly made juices and a variety of all-organic and vegan groceries (seeking local items as much as possible). They have lots of raw dishes including sandwiches (on raw onion bread), nori rolls, wraps, rawslaw, burgers and lasagna. Their cooked meals include chili, grain bowls, and soups (changed daily). They have raw and cooked desserts including nut ice creams, biscotti, cookies, chocolate balls, cheesecake, and apple crumble. Their grocery selection includes fruits, vegetables, granolas, kale chips, and more! They feature cooking classes and events along with free Wi-Fi. Outdoor seating is available.

Its extensive vegetarian menu includes a variety of noodle soups, an impressive offering of dim sum, rice rolls, congees, and desserts. Unique offerings include a Vegetarian Goose appetizer; Sautéed Vegetaruan Chicken and Prawns with Broccoli; Straw Mushroom, Melon, and Bean Vermicelli Casserole; Steamed Rice Rolls with Vegetarian BBQ Pork; and Chilled Almond Bean Curd Pudding.

Try menu items such as the Crispy Chick'n Burger, Sunshine Teriyaki Burger, or Philly's Dream. Loving Hut is an international vegan restaurant chain with the slogan, "Be Veg. Go Green. Save the Planet." It was created with a vision that all beings could live in peace, love, and harmony with each other and the planet. They offer many dishes, including Crispy Taro Rolls, Black Moss Shredded Vegetables Thick Soup, Seaweed Tomato Vegetable Tofu Soup, Shiitake Delight (battered shiitake mushrooms sautéed in a basil sauce), Mock Salmon in Peking Sauce, and Lily Bulb Delight (pan-fried lily bulbs, lotus roots, mushrooms, and snow peas). They also serve chow mein, chow fun, udon noodle dishes, and three flavors of tofu ice cream. Their pay-by-the-pound lunch buffet is a bargain.

They offer many savory comfort foods such as the Pepperoni Stromboli Sub, The Roast Beast, Smokin’ Burger, gluten-free BBQ Pulled Jack & Waffles, and gluten-free Man’ N’ Cheese.

Bakery. In the center of downtown Victoria, Wild Fire Bakery offers organic naturally leavened breads baked fresh daily in their own wood fired brick ovens. Sample one or all of the varieties, like three seed, rye, ciabatta, or raisin walnut.

Vegetarian. Located next to the top of the Creekside Gondola at a ski resort on Whistler Mountain. This small cafe has a very nice view of the mountain range, and there is outdoor seating available. The menu is strictly soups, salads, and sandwiches. They have a variety of veggie meats including Gardein-brand sausage, as well as Diaya cheese. Be sure to check out the hot beverages which can be ordered with soy or almond milk.
