Indian. Across from the Provo library is a little slice of India. Bombay House is an amazingly authentic Indian restaurant with a section of their menu dedicated to delicious vegetarian food. The lighting is dark and romantic with the scent of sweet and earthy incense -- the perfect atmosphere for a date. It is very family-friendly, too, with murals of elephants and other Indian attractions painted on the walls. The staff is quite knowledgeable about vegan diets, so don't be afraid to ask if you need help. The Malai Kofta is extremely satisfying and can easily be made vegan -- just request it be made with coconut milk instead of cream. Open Monday through Saturday for dinner. Closed Sunday.
