Mercury Café

The "Merc" is a Denver legend, drawing an eclectic crowd due to the wholesome, delicious food and funky music. Their menu includes such dishes as Bob's Tofu Burrito, Grilled Tempeh with Black Bean Sauce, and Susan Jane's Tofu Chop. They bake everything on site and have at least three vegan desserts available each day. Poetry readings, live music, and daning are a special part of Mercury Café.
