Every effort is made to keep this information<br \/>\ncurrent and accurate. However, ingredient changes may occur due to<br \/>\nsubstitutions, preparation variation, and regional availability of products.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;We will update these online menus as our menu selections,<br \/>\ningredients, and\/or preparation techniques change. While every effort is made to minimize the risk of cross<br \/>\ncontamination, we cannot guarantee that our food products are&#8230;vegan.<br \/>\n[VRG Note: Ruby Tuesday bolded words in last paragraph.]<\/p>\n<p>From the Lunch and Dinner Menu at Ruby Tuesday, the vegan filter<br \/>\nreveals that the Garden Fresh Salads &#038; Combinations are \u201cokay to eat.\u201d<br \/>\nThe Garden Vegetable Soup appears there as well.<\/p>\n<p>Among the Fresh Sides on the Lunch &#038; Dinner Menu, the vegan options that<br \/>\nare \u201cokay to eat\u201d are the following:<br \/>\nbaked potato<br \/>\ngreen beans<br \/>\ngrilled zucchini<br \/>\nsteamed broccoli<br \/>\ngrilled Brussels sprouts with champagne apple vinaigrette<\/p>\n<p>The Brussels sprouts are listed as consisting of Brussels sprouts,<br \/>\nonions, liquid margarine, GSP seasoning (which is garlic, salt and<br \/>\npepper), and champagne apple vinaigrette.<\/p>\n<p>The Loaded Baked Potato is vegan (\u201cokay with modifications\u201d) only when<br \/>\nordered with scallions alone. (Butter blend, sour cream, cheddar cheese<br \/>\nand bacon are normally served with this item.)<\/p>\n<p>On the Fit &#038; Trim Menu, the vegan filter identifies the following options:<br \/>\nGarden Vegetable Soup<br \/>\ngreen beans<br \/>\ngrilled zucchini<br \/>\nsteamed broccoli<\/p>\n<p>From the Featured Items choices, the vegan filter shows only the Garden<br \/>\nFresh Salads &#038; Combinations as \u201cokay to eat.\u201d The Garden Vegetable Soup<br \/>\nalso appears.<\/p>\n<p>On the Kids Menu, Ruby Tuesday lists the following as \u201cvegan&#8230;okay to eat.\u201d<br \/>\nButtery* Pasta<br \/>\nButtery* Pasta with Linguini<br \/>\nGluten-Free Buttery* Pasta<br \/>\nGluten-Free Tomato-Basil Pasta<br \/>\nPasta Marinara with Linguini<br \/>\nTomato Basil Pasta<\/p>\n<p>*According to the website, the \u201cbuttery\u201d in the kids&#8217; options given<br \/>\nabove refers to \u201cliquid margarine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the Fresh Garden Bar, the vegan filter presents the following as<br \/>\n\u201cokay to eat\u201d:<br \/>\nfresh greens<br \/>\nspinach<br \/>\niceberg lettuce<br \/>\ngarden greens<br \/>\nspring mix<br \/>\nveggies<br \/>\nbaby bellas<br \/>\nbroccoli florets<br \/>\ngreen peas<br \/>\npepper strips<br \/>\nred onions<br \/>\ncarrots<br \/>\ncucumbers<br \/>\ntomatoes<br \/>\nzucchini<br \/>\ntoppings<br \/>\nblack olives<br \/>\nedamame<br \/>\nsaltine crackers<br \/>\nsunflower seeds<\/p>\n<p>For this report, The VRG did not investigate the sauces and dressings<br \/>\navailable at Ruby Tuesday.
