“If anyone has a problem or concern about any of the products that the
\nagency regulates, the FDA wants to hear about it. \u201cIf it\u2019s serious to
\nyou, we want to know,\u201d says Anna Fine, Pharm.D., M.S., director of the
\nFDA\u2019s Health Professional Liaison Program. She adds that you should
\nreport an issue even if you\u2019re not sure a particular product was the cause.”<\/p>\n
“The U.S Food and Drug Administration protects the public health by
\nhelping to ensure the safety, efficacy, and security of human and
\nveterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, and products
\nthat emit radiation\u2014and by helping to ensure the safety and security of
\nour nation\u2019s food supply and cosmetic products. The FDA also regulates
\ntobacco products.”<\/p>\n
