I brought the &#8220;Hearty Corn and Chipotle Chowder&#8221; for lunch today. It caught my eye in Wegmans supermarket because I rarely see something in the &#8216;regular&#8217; (not natural aisle) that is so clearly labeled vegan AND the fact that it&#8217;s a chowder seemed unique too. Typically the vegetable soups that I see in stores aren&#8217;t creamy for obvious reasons.
