I asked if they knew if it is also vegan. It would seem that they didn\u2019t fully grasp that there is a difference between vegetarian and vegan! So any help to fully establish if they are vegan would be appreciated. Thank you.\u201d<br \/>\nIn April 2017 we asked Ed Chilleen, creator of Cave Creek Chili Beer, about his product. Within 20 minutes he replied to our email:<br \/>\nQ: Are there any animal ingredients in your beer?<br \/>\nA: No! [VRG Note: Exclamation point is Ed&#8217;s.]<br \/>\nQ: Do you use an animal-derived clarifying agent in your beer such as egg white, gelatin or isinglass?<br \/>\nA: No!
