The purpose was to show there was demand and to encourage them to add more options. College campuses are now doing a much better job offering vegan food.<\/p>\n<p>Today we see a need to push senior facilities to do the same thing. The Vegetarian Resource Group has been contacting and searching for Senior Independent Living, Assisted Living, Nursing Home, and Other Senior Facilities that can accommodate individuals on a veggie diet.
