The plant-based menu rotates with\nthe seasons to offer food when it\u2019s at its prime, and the chefs create\ndifferent pastries and desserts daily. The next time you\u2019re in the area, stop\nby to relax and try their popular red quinoa bowl along with what is arguably\nsome of the best coffee in Brooklyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rutabagas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>230 N. 12th St., Lincoln, NE 68508<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Named after an earthy root vegetable\nbecause the restaurant is rooted deep in its community. Rutabagas is focused on\nmaking delicious vegan comfort food from scratch. Some of their creative dishes\ninclude their Ruta-bangin\u2019 Nachos and their Rutaburger which can be topped off\nwith an order of Rutti\u2019s Special Sauce. If vegan catering is needed, Rutabagas\nis happy to comply as well!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vegan Mob<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 Lake Park Ave., Oakland, CA 94610<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On their opening day, over 1000\npeople showed up, and Vegan Mob sold out. They&#8217;re that good. Vegan gumbo. vegan\nnachos, vegan BBQ burritos. What&#8217;s not to love? There are so many delicious items\nto choose from including All Hail Kale Salad, Santa Fe Crispy Chickin&#8217;\nSandwich, Papa&#8217;s Portobello, and &#8220;Bean Me Up&#8221; Chili. They&#8217;re open a little later, if\nyou&#8217;re not the sort of person who has to eat at 6pm.
