This book contains SOS-free, whole-plant-food dishes that\nare easy to prepare. You will find menus for two weeks with recipes and photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"173\" height=\"215\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vrg.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/shopping.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14675\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Plantiful Plate by Christine Wong is beautifully\ndesigned and offers readers handy charts with numerous options for each\nrecipe&#8217;s preparation. This allows for flexibility and makes the odds better\nthat you will have all the ingredients on hand when you start cooking. For\nexample, to prepare her Fried Rice recipe you choose a grain such as rice,\nquinoa, or millet; an aromatic including fresh chives, garlic, or shallots; an\noil; vegetables like edamame, snow peas, or broccoli; finely chopped greens\nsuch as bok choy, chard, or spinach; and seasoning including soy sauce or\nnutritional yeast. An exact quantity for each ingredient category is listed.\nYou will also find an example of a complete recipe using some of the\nsuggestions found in her chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your Complete Pregnancy by Reed Mangels, PhD, RD, will\nenable you to calm down family, friends, and doctors that might be concerned\nyou are having a vegan pregnancy. It explains what women should eat for a\nhealthy vegan pregnancy and provides critical information to know during each\ntrimester, as well as during labor and delivery.
