We also have a health and wellness centre\nwhich boasts of an indoor salt water swimming pool, outdoor natural bathing\npond, a spa area which offers a Finnish sauna, an outdoor forest sauna, a\nbio-sauna, a multi-sensory shower and a hot stone lounge. Breakfast menu comprises of a\nselection of nourishing options to start the day, from Ayurvedic lentil dhal and\nfresh chapatis, fresh juices, porridge, gluten-free cakes and savory vegetable\ndishes.
