Here are some new\nadditions to VRG\u2019s guide (Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic many are doing take-out\nand\/or delivery now):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belenty\u2019s Love\nserves a large assortment of vegan Mexican food including breakfast all day,\nsalads, tacos, and smoothies. For breakfast order the tofu and potatoes\nbreakfast burrito or the blueberry French toast made out of thick Texas toast.\nFor lunch or dinner, try the cauliflower wings served with celery and covered\nin delicious barbeque sauce. For your main dish, order the enchilada plate\ntopped with cheese and tasty sauce. This plate also comes with lentil soup,\nblack beans, and a small side salad. The enchiladas are mouthwatering and\nfilling. Another great option is the \u201cceviche\u201d: 2 tostados topped with\nmushrooms, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and cheese. Be sure to order one of\ntheir delicious smoothies. For dessert, try the sopapilla with fruit, the\nMexican version of a donut or beignet. Another great\noption is the La luna: an arepa sandwich stuffed with guacamole, beans, cabbage\nslaw, cashew chipotle aioli, plantains, and salsa. On the side order the\nplantains. For dessert, try the Peruvian donuts. A delicious version of a donut\nmade with sweet potato and calabaza squash, served with brown sugar syrup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
