It provides a fully\nvegan menu with smoothies, cold-pressed juices, noodles, and organic bowls.\nTheir denser meals can range from a colorful dragon fruit bowl to a kale Waldorf\nsalad. They have a large variety of unique flavors in smoothies and all are\nmade with fresh fruit, a protein, and either hemp or almond milk. Not only do\nyou get to slurp down on the smoothies, Blue Pearl is also known for their\ndiverse menu of juices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Callicoon Kitchen, 1601 Hilltop West\nShopping Center, Virginia Beach, VA 23451<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Callicoon Kitchen\noffers fast, casual dining with counter-service. You can eat on their 14 seat\noutdoor patio or take your meal to-go with available curb-side service. They\nalso offer a selection of menu items already packaged and ready for grab-and-go.\nAll of their menu items are made on premises from scratch. They offer healthy\nsalads and noodle dishes; delicious sounding soups; unique sandwiches and\nwraps; interesting burgers and tacos; fresh baked dessert items including New\nYork Style Black &amp; White Cookies that look spectacular; and a special kid\u2019s\nmenu. They also offer catering services. Co-founder Ron Badach is something of\na celebrity having showcased his Classic Black Bean Burger on ABC\u2019s The CHEW in\n2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emy Delights &amp; Bites Caf\u00e9, 4322\nAlbany Post Rd., Hyde Park, NY 12538<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emy Delights &amp;\nBites Caf\u00e9 was opened by Culinary Institute of America graduate Emily Horta.\nEmily started in business with EMY D\u2019s Allergy Friendly Desserts and has\nexpanded her food palette to include breakfast and lunch. All products are made\nwithout soy, wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Along\nwith delicious handmade gourmet chocolates, Emy\u2019s also offers many grab and go\noptions as well as outside seating. The menu has salads; a variety of Hummus,\nAvocado and \u201cSweet\u201d Toast offerings; sandwiches; and smoothies and smoothie\nbowls. The real stars, it seems to this reviewer, are Emy\u2019s amazing desserts,\nwhich vary from day to day.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neon Tiger, 654 King St., Charleston,\nSC 29403<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neon Tiger offers\nvegan pizzas on regular or gluten-free crust, salads, sides, wines, and organic\nand local beers. Customer favorites include their vegan fried shrimp served\nwith a chipotle aioli, the formaggio and champignon pizza, and their new fros\u00e9\nmule. The pizzeria is currently offering take-out and outdoor seating, while\npreparing to open their dining room and offer an expanded menu soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pizzeria Grano, 3240 Main St.,\nVancouver, BC V5V 3M5 Canada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pizzeria Grano on\nMain Street serves fully plant based pizzas, desserts, and antipasto, allowing\ncustomers to pick from a variety of tomato base, oil base, or garlic base\npizzas. Customers can even personalize their vegan pizzas with toppings ranging\nfrom plant-based sausage, to zucchini, to whipped potato, to cashew mozzarella,\nto many more! Also, all \u2018cheeses\u2019 are plant-based and hand-crafted and locally\nsourced, and pizzas are baked in a traditional brick oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vegan Avenue, 2512 N. Main Ave., San\nAntonio, TX 78212<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vegan Avenue serves\nvegan twists on classic dishes. The menu is incredibly diverse ranging from\nTres Leches pancakes to enchiladas. You must order the Tres Leches Pancakes for\nbreakfast. This dish combines fluffy pancakes with fresh berries, plant-based\nmilk, and whip cream. For lunch or dinner, we recommend ordering the mac and\ncheeze skillet, a combination of farfalle, cheeze sauce, tempeh bacon, and\nchives all served in a cast iron dish. If you are looking for a dish on the\nlighter side, order the rise and shine smoothie bowl. This smoothie features\npitaya, strawberry, and mango. It is topped with granola, fresh fruit, coconut,\nand chia seeds.
