Lamar Blvd., Lot\n1, Austin, TX 78704<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATX Food Co. is a\nvegan taco food truck. Their tacos range from being made with mushrooms,\ntempeh, squash, and even kabocha. They also sell a wide variety of fruit\nsmoothies, all made with fresh fruit and protein like hemp seeds, peanut\nbutter, or sea moss. If you aren\u2019t feeling like a taco, they also offer power\nbowls, soups, and pancakes. Their mission is to serve quality food, make zero\nwaste, and give make food with healthy ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Cocinero, 6265 Sepulveda Blvd.\n#12, Van Nuys, CA 91411<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Cocinero offers\ncustomers a wide array of Mexican food including tacos, burritos, nachos,\nsalsas, and desserts. The restaurant features bright orange walls and a\nportrait of the Van Nuys resident who started El Cocinero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fat Choy, 250 Broome St., New York,\nNY 10002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fat Choy has a small\nselective Chinese menu; however, items run out fast! Their food items are quite\nunique. They serve anything from smashed cucumbers to mushroom sloppy. They are\nproud of the presentation of their food, based on the beautiful pictures of the\ndishes on their website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guevara\u2019s, 39 Clifton Pl., Brooklyn,\nNY 11238<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Described as a vegan\nversion of the nearby Mekelburg\u2019s restaurants, Guevara\u2019s is not only a caf\u00e9,\nbut also offers housewares and more within its bright pink walls. Fully vegan\ndonuts, empanadas, sandwiches, nachos, tortas, papas rellenas, and more are\navailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mattie\u2019s Foods, 64110, Kansas City,\nMO 64110<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mattie\u2019s Foods goes\nbeyond the basic vegan sandwich with vegan brisket sandwiches, buffalo mac,\nMatt-griddle, Mattie toaster, the Mattie bon (vegan cinnamon roll), and more!\nOriginally a food truck, they now have a brick and mortar location off of\nTruman Rd. in Kansas City!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mike&#8217;s Vegan Cookout, location varies\ndaily, NC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mike\u2019s Vegan Cookout\nfood truck travels from city to city to spread their delicious vegan options\nincluding burgers, hot dogs, sides, drinks, and more! Their upcoming locations\nare regularly posted on their Facebook page at @mikesvegancookout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mirisata, 2420 SE Belmont St.,\nPortland, OR 97214<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mirisata specializes\nin Sri Lankan street food. Thy offer several options for lunch, as well as a\ncombo and an additional option for dinner. They are 100% vegan and gluten-free.\nExamples include rice &amp; curry and Impossible beef rolls. The dishes are\nmeant to be mixed together, combining a variety of flavors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plant, 1120 N. Walker Ave., Oklahoma\nCity, OK 73103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trendy and\nminimalistic, Plant caf\u00e9 is the perfect spot to relax for a vegan meal. In the\nmood for something light? Try one of their smoothies blended from locally\nsourced fruits and vegetables and house-made almond milk. If you\u2019re in the mood\nfor something a little heavier, try the quinoa pesto or a bonsai bowl topped\nwith sesame sauce. They sell primarily breakfast\nitems of all sorts. Their most popular ingredient is tofu! You can get tofu in\nscrambles, wraps, bagel sandwiches, and bowls. They have a comforting and\nenjoyable environment for people of all ages to grab a bite to eat quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Local Seitanist, 3950 Brainerd\nRd., Chattanooga, TN 37411<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The atmosphere at\nYour Local Seitanist is lively. Walls are covered in green moss and potted\nplants decorate the entire space, making you feel like you are dining outside\nin nature. The restaurant places an emphasis on sustainability by sourcing\ningredients from local farmers and small businesses. The menu recreates\ndelicious omnivore dishes by using ingredients like vegan steaks and dairy-free\ncheese.
