The owners, from Vermont, made The Broccoli\nBar to have street-food inspired offerings that come out to customers Uber\nfast, like nothing they have had before. Some of their unique\nflavors consist of lemon blueberry cake, pumpkin cinnamon cakes along with a\npumpkin patch cheesecake, mini carrot cupcakes, savory coconut \u201cbacon\u201d\ndoughnuts, and festive churro doughnuts. This is only a small fraction of their\ndiverse menu. She was\nborn and raised in Israel, and offers dishes such as falafel and Tabbouleh.\nHowever, her truck also serves everything from vegan po\u2019 boys to vegan Philly\ncheesesteaks. Other entrees include their signature lasagna, macaroni and\ncheese, and vegetable quiche \u2013 Vegan Ahava turns America\u2019s favorite dishes into\na healthier, vegan alternative.
