Aside from their\nplant-based meats, Vida\u2019s offers a wide variety of house-made cheeses \u2013 from\ncheddar to smoked Gouda. Sandwiches can be eaten inside the shop or on the\nsurrounding patio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Viridis Caf\u00e9, 1506 East Carson St.,\nPittsburgh, PA 15203<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A minutes\u2019 walk from\nthe Monongahela River, grab breakfast or lunch from Viridis and eat with a\nview. Food options range from pastries such as the Glazed Brioche Doughnut, to\nsandwiches such as the Seitan Club. Viridis takes a vegan approach to American\nclassics with the Biscuits and Cashew White Gravy, the Lobster (Mushroom) Roll,\nand the Chick\u2019un Salad Sandwich.
