The drinks include a variety of smoothie options, as well as\nteas and coffees served hot or cold. The desserts section specializes in\ncheesecakes and brownies, but also offers a wide variety of other desserts. The\nrestaurant has a lot of positive reviews, notably about the experience of\neating there with patio dining. They also have many events throughout the year\nthat are worth checking out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Public Foodtruck, Bellingham, WA\n98225<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Public Foodtruck\nis veganizing all of your favorite comfort foods. They have anything from\nReubens, All American burgers, and breakfast tacos to tater tots. You even have\nthe choice to make any order a \u201cMcConaughey Style,\u201d which involves adding a\ndrizzle of cashew sour cream and chipotle mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sage Against the Machine, 1213\u00bd\nCornwall Ave., Bellingham, WA 98225<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This food truck is\nhard to miss with its green exterior. Sage Against the Machine views their\nvegan food as part of a lifestyle and not a diet. That is why their menu\nincludes craveable and indulgent dishes. Some popular ones are the BBQ\nJackfruit Sandwich smothered in homemade barbeque sauce and topped with potato\nchips. Also, the Loaded Mac and No Cheese\u2019s are to not be passed up. Flavors\ninclude Reuben Mac, Chili Mac, SW Chipotle Mac, and more. There are also\nsalads, grain bowls, \u201cNot\u201dchos, \u201cfrankfurters\u201d, and other delicious street\nfoods. All items are made from scratch and the owners are very friendly and\nprovide great customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestina, 9725 Culver Blvd., Culver\nCity, CA 90232<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sestina by Matthew\nKenney offers a vegan pasta menu, sustainable wines, and delectable desserts in\nan elegant and classy environment, perfect for a night out. An online\nmarketplace and meal kit program is also available if you prefer to cook at\nhome using high quality vegan ingredients. Some of the delicious pasta\nofferings include ravioli which contains spinach, soybean pancetta, and leek\npotato filling, and also the traditional cavatelli made with market vegetables,\nsummer beans, and pistachio pesto. For dessert, you can try \u201cGanache,\u201d an\nalmond sorbet and strawberry tart, or \u201cZeppole,\u201d which are chocolate and\nhazelnut mini Italian donuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solar Energy, 1461\u00bd Sunset Blvd., Los\nAngeles, CA 90026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solar Energy is an\nincredibly unique cake shop that makes raw, vegan, and organic cakes. Their\nbeautiful cakes are made with almonds and cashews, and have intricate designs\ncreated with all-natural plant food colorings. They emphasize how sacred the\nfood is that they use, which is portrayed through their cakes. You will\ndefinitely enjoy picking one of these up for your next event \u2013 try a slice of\nthe Strawberry Rose Cacao, Lemon Lavender Blueberry, or Matcha Coconut. It will\nbe a delightful treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Street Beet, 4626 3rd Ave., Detroit,\nMI 48201<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Making vegan\nversions of classic comfort foods such as chicken nuggets and fries, the owners\nof this vegan pop-up strive to allow people with various dietary preferences to\nexperience vegan versions of meat-based American classics. They have\nconsistently drawn large crowds with their vegan versions of popular fast food\nitems from chains such as Taco Bell and McDonalds. They are currently located\nat 3rd Street Bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sun Burger Vegan Cuisine, Charlotte,\nNC 28227<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sun Burger Vegan\nCuisine, a unique food truck in the Charlotte area, is serving up incredible\nvegan food to the community. Besides their famous burgers, try out their others\nAfrican &amp; Caribbean fusion meals, such as the Sweet &amp; Sour Chick\u2019n,\nPortobello Pepper Steak and Yellow Split Pea Dahl. For a drink, grab a Sun\nElixir, which is hibiscus tea with cloves, pimento, ginger, and agave. Their\nuse of fresh and healthy ingredients shows, as one of their customers said, \u201cIt\u2019s\nso refreshing to see true food cooking from Mother Nature\u201d. Their motto, Eat\nWell Live Well, embodies their delicious offerings which are sure to have you\ncoming back for more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trash Panda Vegan, Phoenix AZ 85040<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trash Panda Vegan\noffers customers a variety of vegan comfort foods and \u201cis a multiracial and\nmulticultural food concept born out of a love for the planet, health and\ncommunity.\u201d This food truck updates social media regularly with new dishes and\nlocations where one can stop by to order tacos, burgers, tater tots, and more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Urban Vegan, 1601-1603 W. Montrose\nAve., Chicago, IL 60613<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Urban Vegan serves\nan extensive menu of entirely vegan Thai cuisine.
