All ingredients can be found on their\nwebsite, where one can also order from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jacked Up Vegan, 5601 Edgewater Dr.,\nOrlando, FL 32018<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an unmistakable\ngreen food truck, Jacked Up Vegan is serving up \u201cgood food, not fast food,\u201d as\nall dishes are made from scratch. If you are ever craving tacos, burgers,\nnachos or more, this place has you covered. Don\u2019t miss trying the signature\nJacked Up BBQ Jackfruit Taco flavored with guava barbeque sauce, cilantro\ngarlic crema, and French fried onion. Another favorite is the Tostone Burger,\nwhich is an impossible burger with an avalanche of toppings between two crispy\nplantains. The menu is inspired by the\nMediterranean Diet. So, the food is delicious, fresh, and healthy, with\nvegetables at the forefront. Some menu items include the Falafel Tower (plated\nnacho-style), Socca and Salad, which is like a crepe made from chickpeas, and\nNice Caesar topped with a shiitake kebab. All of the food is sourced\nsustainably and plated beautifully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The BeetBox, Stillwater, 421 N. Main\nSt., OK 74074<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This vegan food\ntruck that focuses on serving Midwestern comfort food was started by two college\nstudents. You can order customized \u201cchickenless sandwiches,\u201d coconut shrimp\ntacos, loaded fries, mini vegan cakes made from scratch, loaded fries, and\nmore!
