Participation is Voluntary\nand Includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Two\nin-person laboratory visits to ASU\u2019s downtown Phoenix campus, exactly 6 days\napart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You\nwill complete diet recalls and health questionnaires<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You\nwill eat a predetermined and provided diet consisting of frozen, microwaveable\nvegan meals for 5 days and collect a 24-hour urine sample on the final feeding\nday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\nwill receive a $50 amazon gift card for your participation.
