Some favorite menu items are the\nmac n\u2019 cheese (made with handmade soy cheese), \u201ccrab\u201d cakes, and collard\ngreens. Dodah\u2019s Kitchen is also known for its desserts, such as decadent\nchocolate cake and mouthwatering blueberry cheesecake, as well as waffles and\npancakes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Donut Run, 6904 4th St. NW,\nWashington, DC 20012<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Twelve donut flavors\n\u2013 both yeast and cake \u2013 offered daily along with Brewing Good Coffee Company\ncoffee. Note that they sometimes sell out early!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kate\u2019s Ice Cream, 2636 NE Sandy\nBlvd., Ste. F, Portland, OR 97232<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kate\u2019s Ice Cream is\na plant-based ice cream pop-up shop located in Portland. Take home a pint of\nice cream year-round or a waffle cone scoop during the summer months! Flavors\ninclude Maple Masala Chai, Salted Peanut Butter Brittle, and their signature\nMarionberry Cobbler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NW Raw, 370 E. Main St., Ashland, OR\n97520<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NW Raw calls itself\n\u201can indoor restaurant to inspire an outdoor lifestyle.\u201d While nominally an\norganic juice bar, the offerings at this bright, airy main-street Ashland\nestablishment include several hearty dishes as well as all-day breakfast.\nStandout items are the various toasts, the smoothie bowls, salads, savory\nbowls, and crispy fresh waffles. In addition to a variety of fresh-pressed\njuices, nut mylks, and smoothies, a full coffee bar is available. A cozy\nfireplace warms up the friendly space that opens onto sidewalk dining, and\nchildren can order from their own menu. The full menu is gluten-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plant City X, 619 West Main Rd.,\nMiddletown, RI 02842<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plant City X is a\nplant-based drive-through. Inside offers an aesthetically pleasing dining\nexperience, with all-white d\u00e9cor and plant accents. Breakfast options include a\nvariety of parfaits, sandwiches and wraps, and avocado toast. Lunch and dinner\noptions include Sweet Chili Cheese Fries, Kale Caesar Salad, \u201cChik\u201d Nuggets,\nTruffle Mac &amp; Cheese, and a variety of burgers and sandwiches. Don\u2019t forget\nto try a shake on the way out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safframen, 5240 NE 42nd Ave.,\nPortland, OR 97218<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in\nPortland\u2019s Shady Pines Food Court, Safframen offers vegan Japanese lunch and\ndinner. Dishes include bowls \u2013 such as the KonKotsu (corn) Ramen and the\nKonKotsu Rice \u2013 as well as Onigiri (rice balls), such as Jalapeno Onigiri and\nScallion Onigiri. Special seasonal dishes are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Veggie Table, Baltimore, MD 21223<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in Baltimore\nnear Hollins Market. They have a diverse menu including breakfast, lunch and\ndinner as well as catering and basic meal prep. Breakfast items include\noatmeal, pancakes, avocado toast, smoothie bowl, and more. For lunch, try\nbuffalo bites with a choice of sauces, a mushroom sub, bean burrito, chick&#8217;n\nsub, and more. For dinner, you can order Cajun red beans and rice,\n&#8220;cheese&#8221; steak sub, your choice veggie Alfredo, and more. You must order\nonline and pick-up items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Willow, 199 8th Ave., New York, NY\n10011<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Willow is an all\nplant-based bistro serving everything from \u201ccobb\u201d salads, to \u201csteak\u201d fries, to\na hickory-smoked burger. Don\u2019t worry, they have a great dessert menu too!
