This article explains some\ntraditional dishes and offers information about vegan choices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maple syrup, a very popular sweetener, is\nessential to Quebec cuisine. It is an ingredient in many desserts. At its\nsimplest, the syrup is eaten at sugar shacks in its traditional form of \u201ctaffy\non snow.\u201d In summer, without snow, ice is used. Other traditional desserts are\nmaple sugar pies and a summer garden delight: berries, especially Ile d&#8217;Orleans\nstrawberries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; When it comes to more savory dishes,\npoutine is still popular, and there are versions of this vegan dish! Other restaurants where vegan burgers are available include\nHarveys and Hero Certified Burgers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If you prefer pizza, Pizza Pizza is a good\nchoice where pizzas can be made with vegan cheese and there are several choices\nof vegetables too. For Mexican cuisine, one can dine at Quesada, where they\nserve burritos, bowls, and tacos with vegetables or with Beyond Meat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The essentially Canadian chain, Tim\nHortons, has a few choices for its vegan customers: you can eat oatmeal,\nbagels, or choose a vegetable sandwich. A vegetable sandwich is also available\nat Subway restaurants. The U.S. import Starbucks has some vegan options like\nTim Hortons, and they offer non-dairy milks as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Do you want something healthier?
