Lunch options include various grain bowls \u2013 such as the\nSeoul Bowl with kimchi, gochujang jackfruit, sesame oil, and the Sauvie bowl\nwith chimichurri sauce \u2013 as well as salads, such as the Carver salad with fried\nsoy curls and vegan ranch. Breakfast includes numerous bowls, such as an Apple\nSpiced Oat bowl and a Smoothie Bowl. Various juices and smoothies are also\navailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mez, Baltimore, 1215 E. The menu consists of\nvegan and gluten-free \u201ctaco kits\u201d \u2013 such as the Walnut Bean Chorizo, Crispy\nTofu, and the Sweet Potato &amp; Refried Bean Taco Kits. Sides include Chips\nand Guacamole, quesadillas, and refried beans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our Vegan Corner, 140 Walton St.,\nSyracuse, NY 13202 and 9090 Destiny USA Dr., Syracuse, NY 13204<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At either their\ndowntown or Destiny USA Mall location, Our Vegan Corner provides customers with\nvegan soul food, Mexican food, Italian food and soft serve and Italian ices!\nVegan ribs and fried chick\u2019n, or tacos and nachos and more can be ordered\nonline through their website as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pamela Wasabi, 5663 NW 35th Ct.,\nMiami, FL 33142<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gluten-free,\nsoy-free offerings of Pamela Wasabi, a bakery, are available for pickup from\ntheir commercial kitchen, and shipping and delivery are available as well. The\nmenu offers cookies, cakes, and other desserts. Notable items include the\nsacred coffee blondie, churro donuts, and cheesecakes in assorted flavors. Mornings feature meditation\nand yoga, as well as coffee drinks, smoothies, baked goods, and breakfast\nsandwiches.
