These include\nthe Corn Cob Pipe (with Blanco Tequila, Poblano, Lime, Corn, and Cilantro), and\nPanic at Hibisco (with A\u00f1ejo Tequila, Pepita Orgeat, Citrus Blend, and\nHibiscus).&nbsp; Head Chef Xila Caudillo has\ncreated a wide range of plates, including a highly-rated guacamole, Tacos, Corn\nRibs Elote, Tamales, and Corn Pudding featuring rosemary meringues, candied\npecans, and blackberries.
