The\nluxury eco-property has its own USDA Organic certified farm that provides\nproduce for the Resort\u2019s award-winning plant-based Ravens Restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vegan retreats offer guests of the Stanford\nInn Resort a chance to learn how to practically and logistically be vegan, and\nto show how simple it can be with regard to nutrition and cooking. There seems\nto be a feeling that transitioning to a vegan lifestyle is difficult.
