Try these seasoned \u201csteaks\u201d for a dramatic\nsupper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Serves\n4-5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Tablespoons vegan margarine, melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Tablespoons olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 teaspoon smoked paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon chili powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon turmeric<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon onion powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 head cauliflower<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment\npaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In a small bowl, combine melted\nvegan margarine, olive oil, and all spices. Stir until well mixed, the texture\nwill be like a paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Remove exterior leaves from\ncauliflower. Slice through the entire cauliflower vertically, making it into 6\nsteaks, each about 1 inch thick. Smear cauliflower slices with spice paste,\ncoating both sides of each slice evenly. Place on prepared sheet pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bake 12-15 minutes per side,\nflipping once during baking. Finished cauliflower should be tender and lightly\nbrowned.
