And there\nare as many ways to combine them as there are folks who love eating them. Yes,\nyou can certainly find plenty of vegan-friendly trail mixes and granolas on the\nmarket now (be sure to check labels for honey, dairy, and egg ingredients). But\nthen you&#8217;ll miss the fun of blending you own, as well as the savings!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below, find three recipes for trail mixes, and under that,\nkeep reading for a list of ideas to create your own signature trail mix &#8211; sweet\nor savory!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nut-Free Trail Mix<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup soynuts&nbsp;(dried soy beans; salted or unsalted, as\ndesired)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup hulled sunflower seeds (salted or unsalted, as\ndesired)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup quartered&nbsp;dried apricots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup dried blueberries<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add all ingredients to a container with a lid, shake to\ncombine. Store in a sealed container for up to one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Savory\nCheezy-Nut&nbsp;Trail Mix<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-1\/2 cups mixed nut blend (salted or unsalted, as desired)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup vegan cheese square crackers (such as Earth Balance\ncrackers or From the Ground Up)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup sundried tomato strips (not in oil)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add all ingredients to a container with a lid, shake to\ncombine. Store in a sealed container for up to one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chocolate-Cranberry\nTrail Mix<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup pepitas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup slivered or sliced almonds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup vegan chocolate chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup dried cranberries<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add all ingredients to a container with a lid, shake to\ncombine. Store in a sealed container for up to one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make your OWN signature trail mix blend with any of these\nideas below. Just make a balance of chewy\/crunchy ideas and go with sweet or\nsavory profiles! These can go savory or sweet, as you prefer.
