The bride is vegetarian and among the 75 attendees there were about 12 vegans plus several vegetarians. The vegan food options were delicious. We enjoyed pasta with a creamy cashew sauce and roasted tomatoes and herbs, as well as roasted vegetables on a bed of quinoa with sauce.
