They are located not too far away from Syracuse University. The Reuben sandwich we sampled consists of thin sliced house seitan, sauerkraut, mozzarella, and house 1,000 island dressing on vegan butter toasted rye bread. We ordered it with a side of their Herbed Potato Salad, which was delicious.
