Enjoy!<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jade Pesto Steamed Tofu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd pounds Extra Firm Tofu (equates to four 6 oz. portions)<br \/>\n1 Bunch Mint<br \/>\n2 Bunches Thai Basil<br \/>\n2 Bunches Cilantro<br \/>\n3 Tbs. Fresh Ginger, Peeled<br \/>\n3 Tbs. Fresh Garlic, Peeled<br \/>\n1 cup Vegetable Oil<br \/>\n1 Tbs. Mirin<\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped to make a thick herb sauce.
