Read how she comes to this conclusion: A vegan diet emphasizing whole foods and with little to no highly processed foods fits with this dietary pattern described as being associated with a lower risk of chronic inflammation. Thus, a whole foods vegan diet can be considered an anti-inflammatory diet.
