The one-acre organic garden at Shenoa provides produce for three "outstanding" vegetarian meals served, buffet-style, each day. Cabins sleep two to six people, or the whole center can be rented which sleeps a total of 57 guests. Recreation includes hiking on trails that lead to forests of ancient redwood, river and pool swimming, bird watching, and several sports at the facility.

Dinners available through reservation only include shepherds pie with tempeh, and mountain burgers made with brown rice, vegetables, and tahini. In between eating these wonderful vegan meals take advantage of the surrounding country for skiing, hiking, canoeing, and visiting local historical sites.
Views of snow capped mountains surround the historic district of Port Townsend, where Annapurna Inn is located. After enjoying a delicious vegetarian or vegan breakfast of tofu scramble with herbs and almonds, or tofu French toast, try one of the several outdoor activities available in the surrounding areas, like kayaking, hiking, or strolling the shores of Puget Sound. Activities at the inn include ashtanga yoga, therapeutic massage, and cranio/sacral therapy.

Vegetarian and vegan meals are available, with advanced notice, at this bed and breakfast that bills itself as "an environmental inn." Across the street from Arbor House you can spend the day exploring the UW Arboretum, 1280 acres of ecologically restored woodland, prairie, and native communities.
Situated in 69 acres of cedar forest this center offers summer yoga retreats and personal retreats, among other programs. All programs include vegetarian meals.
