Chef Fran Costigan is coming to the American Vegan Center! The “Queen of Vegan Desserts” presents a cooking class, “Classic Chocolate Desserts,” on Saturday, January 14 at 3 p.m. Attendees will sample Almost Instant Chocolate Pudding, Mini Brooklyn Blackout Bites, Chocolate Orange Truffles, and a Chocolate Ganache Crostini.
