Sample menu displaying a “vegetarian” icon includes an Everyday Menu which contains a vegan black bean burger, Impossible burger, and a vegan meatball and spaghetti with vegan marinara sauce dish. (There is no vegetarian icon next to either the bistro burger or spaghetti and meatballs dishes because meat options are available for these items.) According to a chef there, vegan stir-fry with tofu (as a main entrée) is likely offered 2x/month. A vegan soup is likely offered 2x/wk. The butternut squash/spinach pasta contains a cream sauce.
