If you google Attack-A-Taco food truck, your first results might be something else entirely. Instead, follow their social media (@attackataco on Instagram, @_attackataco on Twitter) if you’re in the Omaha area, so you can track down where to find these awesome, organic, cruelty-free, vegan tacos.

BBQ Revolution

If you’re looking for the flavor of Texas-style barbecue, try BBQ Revolution, an Austin-based food truck that only serves all-vegan Texas barbecue and sides. Sample items include No Bull Brisket, Tempeh Ribs, and Cajun Corn Salad. Follow them on Twitter and Instagram to keep up with their latest developments.

With a fun and creative menu, they are sure to please all looking for a vegan twist on classic loveable deli foods such as a Baltimore-style cheesesteak sandwich, BBQ Pulled “Pork” sandwich, deli salads, Buffalo wings, etc. They do special events that cater to all such as vegan chicken and waffles night.
