    OMG, I can’t believe you didn’t include NuVegan in DC! So good! And it’s been around for a long time; used to be Everlasting Life, then became Woodlands Vegan Bistro. Right now it is called NuVegan, but in any case, the food doesn’t change like the name has, and the food is delicious. It is my husband’s favorite restaurant in DC and he is not even vegetarian!
