    To whom it may concern.

We`re writing to you from SEVEN SWANS restaurant in Frankfurt am Main.
Recently there was an article in your media about the „Michelinstar“ that ONA recieved from the Guide Michelin in France. In the article you stated that the ONA is the first vegan michelinstarred restaurant worldwide.

We, the SEVEN SWANS have been consequently vegan for a long period.
2019 and 2020 we recieved the „Michelinstar“ and were also awarded the Green Star, an emblem for sustainability (first worldwide). Due to this we are proud and pleased to be nominated as the first international vegan restaurant with a „Michelinstar“.

SEVEN SWANS executive chef, Ricky Saward insists on using regional, seasonal, biological natural products mainly from its own permaculture.

Furthermore we would like to inform you that SEVEN SWANS has decided to carry on in 2021 once the covid-19 rules allow it.

Thanks for your interest and best wishes from SEVEN SWANS on the waterfront of the River Main.

Actually we said they were the first in France, not world wide. Congrats to you as well!
