All meat items on the sample menu are plant-based meat analogues, but dairy and eggs are included in some dishes. Some examples of vegan options include baked tofu, quinoa, sauerkraut & veggie hotdog, pinto beans, black bean burger, vegetable bean soup, lentil soup, veggie bacon, veggie turkey sandwich, baked beans, lentils a la paysanne, and Puerto Rican beans.
