I'm Using Your Website to Design and Implement My New Restaurant's Menu

I'm opening a new restaurant with my brother in Charlotte, NC, and just wanted to thank you for your help. I needed information on vegetable bases to use in stuffing, gravy, soup, etc., because I want to be able to serve all my side dishes meat-free. (I will be serving meat, but at least I'll have salads, vegetable plates, and a couple of sandwiches and a soup for the veggies.) I used Lycos, and when I did I found the perfect article on your website. It even addressed the sodium content, an ongoing problem with soup stocks on the market. I am very impressed with your site and will be using the information you offer as I design and implement my menu. Thanks.

A Proud Display in Princeton, NJ

We became members of The Vegetarian Resource Group after picking up a copy of your magazine at a vegetarian exhibition in New York City two years ago. We loved Vegetarian Journal and were deeply inspired when we read a letter to the editor from a couple in the Midwest who create vegetarian library displays in an effort to educate the public. We began to do our own displays here on the East Coast . . . . Thank you for the inspiration, knowledge, and dedication you provide to those who wish to live consciously and kindly.
