VRG Exhibits at the 2005 American School Foodservice Convention

VRG’s Food Service Advisor Nancy Berkoff, RD, EdD, CCE, and Executive Chef Ralph Estevez, a frequent VRG volunteer, answer questions for food service staff members, dietitians, and others who visited VRG’s booth during the 2005 School Nutrition Association Convention in Baltimore. They also distributed VRG literature, including complimentary copies of Vegetarian Journal.
