1) NOTE FROM THE EDITOR

If you are in Maryland, visit our VRG booth at Vegan SoulFest on August 19th and 20th, 2023. Elsa Spencer will be doing a booth in Virginia at the Richmond VegFest on October 7th, 2023. If you are a dietitian attending the national dietetic FNCE conference in Denver, Colorado, October 8th, 2023, come by The VRG booth and say hello. And we'd love to see you at our Denver networking dinner the evening of October 8th, 2023. For info go to [ https://www.vrg.org/vrgnews/2023june.php#s5 ]

We're very sad to see our Vegan Journal Senior Editor of five years Rissa Miller leave the position. Though we're excited as the new Senior Editor Hannah Kaminsky learns the ropes. Here's a vegan taco article she did before taking over as editor. [ https://www.vrg.org/journal/vj2022issue2/2022_issue2_tacos_any_day.php ]

This summer we are enjoying interns Mihika from California, Jazz from Virginia, and Priscila from Brazil. We look forward to sharing some of their articles in future newsletters.
